This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
Fonts
This website uses only locally embedded fonts (Cormorant Garamond, Inter). No data is transmitted to external providers such as Google Fonts.
Contact form
When you use the contact form on this website, the information you provide (name, email address or phone number, date, occasion, message) is processed server-side by a PHP script and forwarded by email to info@cheznour.com. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).
For spam and abuse protection, your IP address is stored in pseudonymised form for a maximum of one hour in a technical rate-limiting file (5 requests per hour per IP) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No transmission to third parties and no automated decision-making take place.
Enquiry data is retained in the email inbox until your enquiry has been fully handled; thereafter it is deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
